推荐剂量:
1、晚期癌症的一线维持治疗:
1对于体重<77公斤(<170磅)或血小板计数<150000/mcL的患者,推荐剂量为每
日一次,每次200mg。
2对于体重≥77公斤(≥170磅)且血小板计数≥150000/mcL的患者,推荐剂量为
每日一次,每次300mg。
2、复发性种系BRCA突变卵巢癌症的维持治疗:推荐剂量为每日一次,每次300mg;
直至疾病进展或出现不可接受的毒性。
3、可与食物同服或单独服用。
