1、复发性慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL),与利妥昔单抗联合使用,适用
于因其他合并症而利妥昔单抗单药治疗不合适的患者。
2、不适用于且不推荐用于任何患者的一线治疗,包括CLL、小淋巴细
胞淋巴瘤(SLL)、滤泡性淋巴瘤(FL)和其他惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤
患者。
3、不适用于且不推荐与苯达莫司汀和利妥昔单抗联合使用,或与利
妥 昔 单 抗 联 合 用 于 治 疗 FL 、 SLL 和 其 他 惰 性 非 霍 奇 金 淋 巴 瘤 患 者
推荐剂量:
