适应症:
英菲格拉替尼是一种激酶抑制剂,用于治疗经FDA批准的检测方法检测出存在成纤维细
胞生长因子受体2(FGFR2)融合或其他重排的、既往接受过治疗的、无法切除的局部晚期
或转移性胆管癌成人患者。
推荐剂量:
1、在开始英菲格拉替尼治疗前,请确认是否存在FGFR2融合或重排。
2、推荐剂量:每日一次,每次125mg,连续服用21天,然后停药7天,28天为一个疗程。
3、空腹服用,至少在餐前1小时或餐后2小时服用,每天大约在同一时间服用。
4、用水整粒吞服胶囊。请勿压碎、咀嚼或溶解。
5、轻度和中度肾功能不全:推荐剂量为每日一次,每次100mg,连续服用21天,然后停
药7天,28天为一个疗程。

6、轻度肝功能不全:推荐剂量为每日一次,每次100mg,连续服用21天,然后停药7天,
28天为一个疗程。
7、中度肝功能不全:推荐剂量为每日一次,每次75mg,连续21天,然后停药7天,28天为
一个周期。
