度活动性类风湿关节炎成人患者。2.银屑病性关节炎:适用于对一种或多种TNF阻滞
剂反应不足或不耐受的活动性银屑病关节炎成年患者。3.特应性皮炎:适用于患有难
治性中、重度特应性皮炎的成人和12岁及以上儿科患者,这些患者的疾病不能通过其

他系统性药物(包括生物制剂)得到充分控制,或者不适宜使用这些疗法。

推荐剂量:

1.治疗类风湿性关节炎推荐剂量为每次15mg,每天一次。
2.治疗银屑病性关节炎的推荐剂量为每次15mg,每天一次。
3.特应性皮炎推荐剂量
12岁及以上儿童患者(体重至少40kg)和小于65岁的成年人:
起始治疗剂量为每次15mg,每天一次。如果反应不足,考虑将剂量提升至每次30mg,每天一
次。如果30mg的剂量还是反应不足,则停止乌帕替尼治疗。使用最低有效剂量来维持缓解。
65岁及以上成年人:
推荐剂量为每次15mg,每天一次。
