适应症:

1、抑制生理性泌乳:卡麦角林适用于预防产褥期生理性泌乳的发生。
2、治疗高催乳素血症:卡麦角林适用于治疗病理性高催乳素血症。
推荐剂量:

1、抑制生理性泌乳:应在产后第一天服用,推荐的治疗剂量为1mg(两
片0.5mg片剂),一次性服用。
2、治疗高催乳素血症:推荐初始剂量为每周0.5mg,每周一次或两次给
药(例如周一和周四)。每周剂量应逐渐增加,最好每月增加0.5mg,
直至达到最佳治疗效果。
