适应症:

1、转移性RET融合阳性非小细胞肺癌癌症(NSCLC)的成年患者;
2、12岁及以上患有晚期或转移性RET-毛髓样甲状腺癌症
(MTC)的成人和儿童患者;
3、12岁及以上患有晚期或转移性RET融合阳性甲状腺癌症的成人
和儿童患者,需要全身治疗,且放射性碘难治(如果放射性碘合适)。

推荐剂量:

1、12岁或以上的成人和儿科患者的推荐剂量基于体重:
小于50kg:每日两次口服,每次120mg;
50kg及以上:每日口服两次,每次160mg;
2、严重肝损伤患者应适当减少剂量。
