适应症:

单独使用:
用于治疗患有BRAF V600E或V600K突变的不可切除或转移性黑色素瘤的
BRAF抑制剂治疗初期患者。
与达拉非尼联合用于:

1、BRAF V600E或V600K突变的不可切除或转移性黑色素瘤患者的治疗;
2、BRAF V600E或V600K突变的黑色素瘤患者的辅助治疗;
3、BRAF V600E突变的转移性癌症(NSCLC)患者的治疗;
4、BRAF V600E突变的局部晚期或转移性癌症(ATC)患者的治疗。

推荐剂量:

1、每日口服一次,每次2mg;
2、空腹服用(餐前1小时或餐后2小时)
