适用于治疗既往两次或多次全身治疗后复发或难治性晚期肾细胞
癌(RCC)的成年患者。
推荐剂量:
1、常规推荐剂量为1.34 mg,每天口服一次,治疗21天,然后停止

治疗7天,为期28天。继续治疗,直到疾病进展或出现不可接受的毒
性。
2、如果发生腹泻、恶心或呕吐等不良反应将剂量减少至0.89
mg,每天口服一次,治疗21天,然后停止治疗7天,为期28天。
3、对于中度肝损伤患者的推荐剂量是0.89 mg:每日口服一次,治
疗21天,然后停止治疗7天,为期28天。
