富马酸替诺福韦艾拉酚胺是一种乙肝病毒(HBV)核苷类似物逆
转录酶抑制剂,用于治疗成人和6岁及以上、体重至少25公斤且
患有代偿性肝病的儿科患者的慢性乙肝病毒感染。

推荐剂量:

1、每日一次,每次25mg:随餐口服。
2、肝损伤:不建议对失代偿性(Child-Pugh B或C)肝损伤患者使
用。
3、肾功能损害:对于肌酐清除率估计低于15ml/min且未接受慢
性血液透析的患者,不建议使用;对于慢性血液透析患者,在血液
透析日,血液透析后服用。
