推荐剂量:
1、推荐剂量为每12小时口服100mg,用水整粒吞服,可与食物同服或空
腹服用。
2、建议患者不要掰开、打开或咀嚼胶囊。
3、通过中断治疗、减少剂量或停药来控制毒性。
4、严重肝功能不全患者避免使用阿卡替尼。
