阿贝西利是一种激酶抑制剂,适用于:
1、与内分泌疗法(他莫昔芬或芳香酶抑制剂)联合用于辅助治疗激素受体(HR)阳性、人表皮
生长因子受体2(HER2)阴性、淋巴结阳性、复发风险高的早期乳腺癌成年患者。
2、与芳香酶抑制剂联合作为初始内分泌疗法,用于治疗激素受体(HR)阳性、人表皮生长因子
受体2(HER2)阴性的晚期或转移性乳腺癌成年患者。
3、与氟维司群联合用于治疗激素受体(HR)阳性、人表皮生长因子受体2(HER2)阴性的晚期
或转移性乳腺癌成年患者,且在内分泌疗法后病情出现进展。

4、作为单一疗法,用于治疗HR阳性、HER2阴性晚期或转移性乳腺癌成年患者,这些患者在
转移性环境中接受内分泌治疗和化疗后病情出现进展。
推荐剂量:
1、与氟维司群、他莫昔芬或芳香酶抑制剂联合使用时,推荐的起始剂量:每日两次,每次
150mg.
2、作为单一疗法时推荐的起始剂量:每日两次,每次200mg。

3、根据个人安全性和耐受性,可能需要中断给药和/或减少剂量。
4、阿贝西利片剂可与食物同服或单独服用。
