剂,与熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)联合使用,用于治疗对UDCA疗效不佳
的成人原发性胆汁性胆管炎(PBC),或作为单药用于无法耐受
UDCA的患者。
2、使用限制:不建议患有或正在发展为失代偿性肝硬化(例如腹
水、静脉曲张出血、肝性脑病)的患者使用司拉德帕。
推荐剂量:
1 、 推 荐 剂 量 为 每 日 一 次 , 每 次 10mg
