适应症:
奥维昔巴特是一种回肠胆汁酸转运蛋白(IBAT)抑制剂,适用于:
1、进展性家族性肝内胆汁淤积症(PFIC):治疗3个月及以上进展性家族性肝内
胆汁淤积症(PFIC)患者的瘙痒。
2、Alagille综合征:治疗12个月及以上Alagille综合征(ALGS)患者的胆汁淤
积性瘙痒。
推荐剂量:
1、PFIC:3个月及以上患者:每日一次,每次40mcg/kg。如果3个月后瘙痒没
有改善,剂量可以以40mcg/kg的增量增加到120mcg/kg,每日一次;日剂
量不超过6mg/天。
2、ALGS:12个月及以上患者:120mcg/kg,每日一次。
3、早饭后服用,不要压碎或咀嚼胶囊。
