恩曲替尼是一种激酶抑制剂,适用于治疗:
1、肿瘤ROS1阳性的转移性非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)成年患者。
2、12岁及以上患有实体瘤的成人和儿童患者:
1具有神经营养酪氨酸受体激酶(NTRK)基因融合,没有已知的获得性抗性突变。
2转移性或手术切除可能导致严重发病,以及治疗后有进展或没有令人满意的替代疗法。
推荐剂量:

1、ROS1-阳性非小细胞肺癌的推荐剂量:每日一次,每次600mg。
2、NTRK基因融合阳性实体瘤的推荐剂量:
1成人:每日一次,每次600mg;
212岁及以上的儿科患者:推荐剂量基于体表面积(BSA):
BSA大于1.50m2:每日一次,每次600mg;
BSA 1.11至1.50m2:每日一次,每次500mg;
BSA 0.91至1.10m2:每日一次,每次400mg。
