芦可替尼是一种激酶抑制剂,适用于治疗:
1、中危或高危骨髓纤维化,包括成人原发性骨髓纤维化、真性红细胞增多症后骨髓纤维化和原
发性血小板增多症后骨髓纤维化。
2、对羟基脲疗效不佳或不耐受的成人真性红细胞增多症。
3、成人及12岁以上儿童患者中类固醇难治性急性移植物抗宿主病。

推荐剂量:

1、骨髓纤维化:起始剂量基于患者的基线血小板计数:
·大于200×109/L:每日两次,每次20mg。
·100×10°/L至200×10°/L:每日两次,每次15mg。

50×10°/L至小于100×10°/L:每日两次,每次5mg。
2、真性红细胞增多症:起始剂量为每日两次,每次10mg。
3、急性移植物抗宿主病:起始剂量为每日两次,每次5mg。
