司帕生坦是一种内皮素和血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂,用于降低患有原发
性免疫球蛋白A肾病(IgAN)且有快速病情进展风险的成人患者的蛋白
尿,通常尿蛋白与肌酐比(UPCR)≥1.5g/g。

推荐剂量:
1、在开始使用司帕生坦治疗之前,停止使用肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系
统(RAAS)抑制剂、内皮素受体拮抗剂(ERA)或阿利吉仑。
2、开始使用司帕生坦治疗,每日一次,每次200mg。14天后,根据耐受
情况增加至400mg,每日一次。中断后恢复治疗时,从每日一次,每次
200mg开始;14天后,增加至推荐剂量400mg,每日一次。
3、餐前服用(早餐或晚餐前用水服用)。
