适应症:
泊马度胺是一种沙利度胺类似物,适用于治疗成年患者:
1、与地塞米松联合使用,适用于多发性骨髓瘤(MM)患者,这些患者之前接受
过至少两种治疗,包括来那度胺和蛋白酶体抑制剂,并且在最后一次治疗结
束后60天内或60天内出现疾病进展。

2、在高效抗逆转录病毒治疗(HAART)失败后患有艾滋病相关卡波济氏肉

(KS)或HIV阴性KS患者。
推荐剂量:
1、MM:在28天周期的第1天至第21天,每日一次,每次4mg;直至疾病进展。
2、KS:在28天周期的第1天至第21天,每日一次,每次5mg,直至疾病进展或
发生不可接受的毒性。
3、肾功能损害或肝功能损害患者的剂量要适当调整。
