适应症:

1、用于治疗患有慢性淋巴细胞白血病(CLL)或小淋巴细胞淋巴瘤
SLL)的成年患者;
2、与阿扎胞苷、地西他滨或低剂量阿糖胞苷联合治疗75岁或以上
成人新诊断的急性髓细胞白血病(AML):或患有无法使用强化诱
导化疗的合并症的患者。

推荐剂量:

按剂量递增的方式服药,第1周20 mg/天,第2周50mg/天,第3周
100mg/天,第4周200mg/天,至第5周及更长时间为400mg/天。
直至疾病进展或出现不可接受的毒性。患者每天需在大约相同时
间与食物和水一起服用,应整片吞服,不要咀嚼药片。
