2、晚期肾细胞癌(RCC)。
3、患有无法切除的局部晚期或转移性疾病的进展性、分化良好的胰腺神

经内分泌肿瘤(pNET)。
推荐剂量:
1、GIST和RCC:每日口服一次,每次50mg,可与食物同服或单独服
用,治疗4周,然后停药2周。
2、pNET:每日口服一次,每次37.5mg,可与食物同服或单独服用,连
续服用,无预定的停药期。
3、剂量调整:根据个人安全性和耐受性,建议剂量中断和/或剂量调整
