适应症:

达沙替尼是一种激酶抑制剂,适用于治疗
1、新诊断为慢性费城染色体阳性(Ph+)慢性髓性白血病(CML)的成年人。
2、患有慢性、加速或髓系或淋巴母细胞期Ph+CML的成年人,对包括伊马替尼在内的
先前治疗有耐药性或不耐受。
3、患有费城染色体阳性急性淋巴细胞白血病(Ph+ALL)的成年人,对先前的治疗有耐
药性或不耐受性。
4、1岁及以上患有慢性期Ph+CML的儿科患者。
5、1岁及以上新诊断为Ph+ALL并联合化疗的儿科患者。
推荐剂量。
成人慢性期慢性粒细胞白血病:每日一次,每次100mg。
2、成人加速期CML、髓系或淋巴母细胞期CML或Ph+ALL:每日一次,每次140mg。
3、儿科慢性期CML和ALL:起始剂量基于体重(见详细说明书)。

4、口服,随餐或单独服用均可;请勿压碎、切割或咀嚼药片。
