适应症。

1、类风湿性关节炎:适用于治疗对一种或多种疾病改良抗风湿药物(DMARDs)反应
不足或不耐受的成年患者中度至重度活动性类风湿性关节炎。非戈替尼可作为单一
疗法或与甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合使用。
2、溃疡性结肠炎:适用于治疗中度至重度活动性溃疡性结肠炎的成年患者,这些患
者对传统疗法或生物制剂的反应不足、失去反应或不耐受。
推荐剂量:
1、类风湿性关节炎:成人患者的推荐剂量为200mg,每日一次。如成人患者有静脉
血栓栓塞、MACE和恶性肿瘤疾病,推荐剂量为100mg,每日一次,在疾病控制不足
的情况下可增加至200mg,每日一次。对于长期治疗的患者,应使用最低有效剂量。
2、溃疡性结肠炎:诱导治疗的推荐剂量为200mg,每日一次。对于在最初10周治疗
期间没有显现出足够效果的患者,可再增加12周的诱导治疗,每日一次,每次200
mg。治疗22周后未显现任何治疗效果的患者应停止使用非戈替尼。
